Fortunately, in 2017, Mexico has become one of the countries that people are choosing to spend their rest of life in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Conducted in 2017, the survey further states that more than 70% visitors told them that they found no anxiety or problem in the city regarding their safety. Also, more than 80% people reported that they used ATMs in the city with no fear and with complete confidence.

These statistics strongly support that Puerto Vallarta is the safest city in North America. In this current year, there are only a few parts of the city that experienced some criminal acts that are also reducing gradually.

The breakthrough safety is the result of the collective hard work of the local government, municipal authorities, and national security organizations. There are also a special tourist, municipal, and federal police that patrols the street to help tourists by all means.
